Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each Drea shawl is handmade in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing your order—we’re here to help you choose the perfect piece.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Standard shipping takes 4–8 business days, and expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Can I place a group or bulk order?
Yes. For group orders of 10 shawls or more, we offer special pricing. Please reach out to group@dreashawl.com with your inquiry and we’ll be happy to assist.

Will my shawl look exactly like the photos?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, there may be subtle color variations or small imperfections. These are part of what makes each Drea one of a kind—signs of the artisan’s hand and the natural character of the material.

How should I care for my shawl?
All Drea shawls are dry clean only. We recommend storing them flat or gently folded, and avoiding contact with sharp objects such as jewelry, sequins, or rough nails that could snag the delicate fibers. With proper care, your Drea will remain a lasting part of your wardrobe for years to come.

Where are your shawls made?
Our shawls are handmade by master artisans using traditional techniques and the world’s finest cashmere, sourced from the high grasslands of Mongolia.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all orders are packaged with care. If your purchase is a gift, please make a note at check out. 

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dreashawl.com. We are happy to help if your order has not yet shipped.
